Accenture Song seeks a Visual Design Associate Manager in the New York area. You will lead visual design across engagements, shaping brand language and design systems while collaborating with product managers, engineers, and strategists.

You will mentor juniors, drive craft standards, and integrate AI-enabled workflows to accelerate concepting and production. Strong communication with clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Visual Design across industries and contexts.
• 2+ years delivering end-to-end visual design engagements with a strong voice.
• Pixel-perfect deliverables, developer-ready specs, and attention to detail.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and collaborating in agile teams.
• Experience with UX-informed visual decisions and scalable design systems.
• Comfort using AI tools in visual design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and shape visual design direction on engagements from concept to delivery.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual executions; defend a visual point of view.
• Produce high-quality visual work across brand identities, typography, motion, and UI.
• Own and direct your workstream; deliver production-ready output with minimal redirection.
• Use AI tools to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production.
• Engage in client conversations; communicate design rationale clearly.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the craft community.
