Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Visual Design Associate Manager to shape aesthetic language and design systems across engagements. You will mentor juniors, collaborate with product teams, and integrate AI-enabled tools to accelerate concepting and production.

You will build trusted client relationships, translate briefs into visual solutions, and deliver high-fidelity work across brand identities and digital experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of visual design experience across brands and platforms.
• 2+ years end-to-end visual design engagements including production-ready delivery.
• Strong craft with brand identities, design systems, typography, motion, and UI.
• Pixel-perfect deliverables and developer-ready specs.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and guiding craft.
• Experience in agile cross-functional environments with product teams.
• UX grounding informing visual design and brand coherence.
• Comfort with AI tools in design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to visual design direction from concept to delivery, ensuring cohesion and timelines.
• Translate briefs and brand strategy into compelling visual executions with a unique POV.
• Produce high-quality visual work across identities, design systems, typography, motion, and UI.
• Own your workstream, make design decisions, and deliver production-ready output.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, articulating design rationale and building trust.
• Support business development by contributing design narratives and case studies.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the craft community.
