Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Visual Design spanning a range of industries, brand types, platforms, and visual contexts.
• 2+ years contributing to visual design engagements end-to-end, from concepting and strategy to production-ready delivery.
• Experience delivering high-fidelity visual work with pixel-perfect deliverables and developer-ready specs.
• Experience guiding junior designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and shape the visual design direction on engagements from concept through delivery, ensuring quality and aesthetic cohesion.
• Translate briefs and brand strategy into compelling visual executions with an original point of view.
• Produce brand identities, design systems, typography, motion, and digital UI across touchpoints.
• Own your workstream, make design decisions, and deliver production-ready output with minimal guidance.
• Actively use AI tools to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production and evolve AI-enabled workflows.
• Engage in client conversations, explaining design rationale and developing your presence as a trusted voice.
• Support business development by documenting AI-enabled design approaches and contributing to proposals.
