Camp Graves Resource Systems & Partnership VISTA in Kentucky seeks a detail-oriented professional to lead regional coordination across 18 rural counties. You will audit the resource database, formalize MOUs with 40+ partners, and build a housing permanency tracking system plus a veteran job-training pipeline.

You will gain experience in coalition building, program development, and data management, with professional development and a path to Federal Non-Competitive Eligibility after service.

Qualifications

• Experience building nonprofit programs and coalition networks.
• Ability to design and implement donor tracking and grant research processes.
• Strong writing and communication skills for outreach and materials.

Responsibilities

• Audit an 18-county resource database and formalize partnerships via 40+ MOUs.
• Build a housing permanency tracking system and a veteran job-training pipeline with regional employers.
• Create and manage a grant research framework supporting 8–10 applications annually.
• Develop donor tracking database and development calendar.
• Update regional resource database to identify service gaps and improve referrals.
• Coordinate MOUs with 40+ partners and train staff to sustain systems.
• Design reusable outreach materials and write operations manuals.
