Camp Graves, Inc. in Kentucky seeks a Resource Systems & Partnership VISTA to coordinate an 18-county network, audit a resource database, and formalize MOUs with 40+ partners.

This full-time assignment supports veterans and families while building data-driven services. As Outreach & Development Systems VISTA you will develop fundraising, donor tracking, and an employer/training partner network to expand opportunities for low-income veterans.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build coalitions and coordinate across multiple counties.
• Experience in grant research, donor tracking, and program development.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fundraising, communications, and partnership systems across 18 Kentucky counties.
• Create a grant research framework supporting 8–10 applications annually.
• Build a development calendar and donor tracking database.
