Job summary
United Way of the Kearney Area is seeking a VISTA Member to help build capacity by developing a case management system for staff and partners in the Kearney area. Qualifications
- VISTA members should be able to communicate clearly to different groups of people.
- Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop a case management system to be used by United Way employees to build capacity and strengthen access to community resources.
- Analyze community needs and research programs to meet those needs.
- Market the need for volunteers to assist with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program.
- Develop a manual to organize key United Way programs and fund development.
