Step Up’s AmeriCorps VISTA program is aimed at expanding capacity through three pillars: Resource Innovation, Scalable Reach, and Brand Prominence. The role focuses on building fundraising and community infrastructure, expanding partnerships, and increasing visibility to help low-income girls access mentorship and career readiness resources.
