Job summary

AmeriCorps VISTA is seeking a Resource Development Specialist in Nebraska to research grant opportunities, build a tracking system, and create templates for faster applications. You will manage a grant calendar, reporting requirements, and a donor stewardship program to strengthen partnerships.

You will help establish corporate sponsorships and an annual fundraising plan with staff and board input, supporting program needs and community partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must demonstrate ability in grant writing and fundraising activities.
• Experience in nonprofit management or community outreach is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and build a grant prospect pipeline with a tracking system.
• Create a grant calendar and compliance tracking for deadlines.
• Develop a proposal library and reproducible templates.
• Establish donor stewardship and relationship management processes.
• Develop corporate sponsorships and annual fundraising plan.
