• Strengthen capacity to provide educational and outdoor recreation opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
• Develop and refine volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, and retention systems.
• Expand outreach to schools, businesses, community organizations, agencies, and individuals with disabilities.
