United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley (UWGLV) seeks an AmeriCorps VISTA to expand capacity for population‑level education, community stability, and healthy aging. The VISTA will help strengthen Community Schools Network systems and deliver high‑quality implementation across districts, with onboarding, TA planning, and DIY module development at the core.

Formación

• Counseling, Communications, and community organizing experience preferred.
• Experience in fundraising and grant writing is a plus.
• Strong leadership, public speaking, and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Strengthen the Lehigh Valley Community Schools Network via systems, tools, and resources.
• Refine onboarding materials and timelines for coordinators and principals.
• Develop and evaluate annual technical assistance planning with partners and districts.
• Convert DIY learning modules into accessible, self-guided content.
