Public & School Partnership (AmeriCorps VISTA) in Logan, Utah, seeks a full-time VISTA member to strengthen Common Ground’s capacity to provide educational and outdoor recreation opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

You will develop and refine volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, and retention systems, expanding outreach to schools, businesses, community organizations, and individuals with disabilities.

• Strengthen capacity to provide educational and outdoor recreation opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
• Develop volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, and retention systems.
• Expand outreach to schools, businesses, community organizations, agencies, and individuals with disabilities.
• Strengthen in‑kind resource development through partner engagement, contribution tracking, and improved solicitation and recognition practices.
• Improve communications and strengthen equipment inventory, maintenance, and tracking systems.
• Address economic barriers such as transportation, adaptive equipment, and participation costs.
