Utah State University’s Public & School Partnership AmeriCorps VISTA program is recruiting a Coordinator II to support and manage 18 VISTA members and 15 Summer Associates during their year of service to schools and nonprofits in the community. The role works with the Project Director, office staff, and VISTA Leaders to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Two years in a professional role or an Associate degree.
• Able to pass federal, state, and National Sex Offender Registry background checks.
• Experience with Google Drive applications (sheets, docs, forms, slides, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Hiring and onboarding coordination for AmeriCorps members.
• Exiting coordination for AmeriCorps members.
• Internal and federal reporting assistance.
• Event support and site visits.
• AmeriCorps Leader supervision.
• Monthly financial responsibilities including receipts and invoicing.
• VISTA member recognition and communications.
• Editing program handbooks and related materials.
• Assisting with Service Opportunity listings.
