Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service at Welcome Center and stations.
• Serve as cashier and lead cashiers, following cash control policies.
• Open/close stations and complete end-of-day paperwork.
• Coach and train new staff and volunteers on procedures.
• Promote memberships, events, and programs; answer inquiries by phone and in person.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization across Visitor Services areas.
