POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides service, information and aid to the patients, guests, staff and physicians of University Health. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

A high school diploma/GED and 2 years of experience or 15 semester hours toward college degree is required. 3 years of experience in a related field such as customer service and public safety is preferred.
