Job summary

Pima County Attractions & Tourism seeks a part-time Visitor Center Clerk to assist visitors, manage the gift shop counter, and perform clerical duties such as data entry and filing. You will help deliver a positive guest experience and support daily operations across the visitor center.

Responsibilities include customer service, cash handling, inventory checks, and routine records management. This role offers part-time scheduling within County operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus two years in office clerical tasks with customer service experience.
• Relevant education and/or experience from college/university may be substituted as allowed.
• Documentation of education and work experience in the application is required; do not substitute a resume.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to visitors about services, local attractions and resources.
• Manage the retail counter, process sales, restock inventory, and maintain displays.
• Perform data entry, filing, and routine correspondence; handle payments and issue receipts.
