The role calls for a high school education, CPR and security certifications, and prior customer service experience in healthcare. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Management Of Aggressive Behavior certification required.
• IAHSS Basic certification within 90 days of employment.
• Customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Greeter at various hospital departments and facilities.
• Observe, monitor, and report activities at HH Health System.
• Monitor visitors for Safety & Security rules compliance and de-escalate violence when needed.
• Report all incidents and submit a written report to security management.
