William & Mary’s Public Policy Program invites applications for an 18‑month, non‑tenure track Visiting Teaching Faculty position beginning January 10, 2027, to teach in the BA Public Policy and the MA in Public Policy.
The successful candidate will teach introductory and upper‑level courses, maintain an effective teaching record, and fulfill a 3‑3 load, reflecting excellence in instruction and mentorship. Employment may involve additional hours as needed.
The Public Policy Program at William & Mary, a public university of the Commonwealth of Virginia, invites applications for an 18 month, non-tenure track Visiting Teaching Faculty position that will begin January 10, 2027.
We seek an individual with expertise in public policy to teach classes for the undergraduate public policy major (B.A. Public Policy) and for the Master’s in Public Policy (MPP) program. Exceptional candidates will have experience teaching introductory courses in public policy for undergraduates as well as upper-level courses that align with the candidate’s interests. The successful applicant will be expected to be an effective teacher and will have a [3-3] teaching load.
