Job summary

Outreach is seeking a Case Aide to assist Visit Supervisors with transportation and other non-professional duties, supporting the Supervised Visitation program.

You will help ensure safety, document visits, and coordinate with families while maintaining neutral, respectful interactions; evening and weekend hours are required.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and compliance with Outreach policies; Spanish language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training; background in human services is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and database software

Responsibilities

• Learn Outreach regulations and agency policies
• Participate in prescribed training programs
• Operate a motor vehicle for participant transportation and supplies
• Supervise and document occasional visits between visiting parents and children
• Assist SV workers and SV Team Lead with supportive services
• Report outcomes to SV worker or supervisor
• Work evenings and weekends as required
• Some documentation required
• Basic computer skills required
• Participate in team/agency meetings
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Office attendance is mandatory
