Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field; 2 years in the mental health field.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license and vehicle access.
• Experience with trauma-informed care and child welfare systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team of Supportive Visitation Specialists and provide supervision.
• Attend supervision and apply feedback to growth and change.
• Develop and monitor visitation plans ensuring family safety and attachment.
• Coordinate with DCP&P, providers, and supports.
• Document visits and maintain case notes in EHR.
