Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
• At least 2 years in the mental health field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Supportive Visitation Specialists.
• Facilitate onboarding and staff training for the SVS team.
• Schedule and conduct visits with families in home or community settings.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance for the SVS team fleet and coordinate with leadership.
• Document visits and caregiver progress in case notes and reports.
• Collaborate with DCP&P and other providers to link families to resources.
