Carter Machinery Co. Inc. is seeking a Caterpillar Software Analyst to manage and optimize the VisionLink platform for equipment fleet management. You will onboard customers, train users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth telematics data flow to boost productivity and reduce downtime.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to handle multiple accounts, and willingness to travel for on-site support and training.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with telematics, fleet management systems, or Caterpillar software systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interaction and problem resolution.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Must be able to analyze telematics data, identify trends, and present actionable insights.
• Manage multiple customers, subscriptions, and troubleshooting tasks effectively.
