Job summary

You will onboard customers, train users, troubleshoot issues, manage subscriptions, and ensure accurate data flow to drive equipment productivity and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with telematics, fleet management systems, or Caterpillar software systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interaction and problem resolution
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Must be able to analyze telematics data, identify trends, and present actionable insights
• Manage multiple customers, subscriptions, and troubleshooting tasks effectively
• Must be able to function well in a high volume and fast-paced environment
• Must have excellent driving record
• Must be willing to travel as needed, including overnight stays

Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and optimize the use of VisionLink for equipment fleet management.
• Onboard customers and provide training on the platform.
• Troubleshoot issues and manage subscriptions.
• Ensure accurate telematics data flow and data integrity.
• Serve as liaison between clients, Caterpillar services, and internal teams to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
