As a member of the VisionLink product team, you will be contributing to the definition of operations management space of VisionLink, Caterpillar's premier telematics and fleet management platform. This role focuses on serving as a critical liaison between customers, field service teams, and product development, ensuring VisionLink delivers measurable value across customer segments. You will own core customer relationships and take a customer back approach to deliver features. Additionally, this role will focus on optimizing product implementation and customer experience inside VisionLink by owning delivery of Asset Management.
