Starting Compensation Range: Princeton region $20.51 - $25.78 per hour; Abingdon region $21.56 - $27.10 per hour
The Caterpillar Software Analyst is responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing the use of Caterpillar's VisionLink platform for equipment fleet management. The individua in this role will onboard customers, provide training, troubleshoot issues, manage subscriptions, and ensure accurate telematics data flow. The Caterpillar Analyst acts as the primary liaison between clients, Caterpillar services, and internal teams to enhance equipment productivity and reduce downtime through data-driven insights.
