LPL Financial is seeking a strategic and intellectually curious Vice President, Product Strategy & Market Insights to lead a recurring market intelligence capability and translate insights into product roadmaps.

You will partner with product, strategy, and go-to-market teams to assess market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, delivering executive briefs and actionable recommendations in a hybrid, U.S.-based role.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, market research, or related discipline.
Strong ability to synthesize large volumes of information into concise recommendations.
Experience evaluating product, platform, and technology capabilities for strategic analysis.
Proven ability to partner with product and technical experts to develop positioning and differentiation strategies.

Responsibilities

Build and operate a recurring market intelligence capability with visibility into industry direction and competitive shifts.
Produce regular insights including competitive landscape assessments, capability deep-dives, benchmark analyses, and executive briefings.
Translate market insights into implications for product roadmaps and investment priorities.
Collaborate with product experts to evaluate market developments and identify differentiation opportunities.
Maintain a view of competitors and emerging technologies relevant to LPL’s platform.
