Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Vice President of Product Management for Advisory Platforms within the Wealth Management Products organization. You will drive the end-to-end strategy, roadmaps, and execution, partnering with technology, advisory teams, and vendors to deliver tax-aware platform capabilities at scale.

You will lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, define KPIs, and communicate with executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, investment management, or program/project management.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, including PI planning with technology partners.
• 5+ years experience with advisory or managed account platforms—advisor workflows, UMA/SMA structures.
• 5+ years experience with tax overlay, tax-managed, or tax-aware portfolio management capabilities (tax-loss harvesting, transition management, overlay services).

Responsibilities

• Shape the Advisory Platforms strategy and execute it end-to-end.
• Translate strategy into a 6–24 month road map with themes, outcomes, and value drivers.
• Define and drive the tax overlay build-out and vendor relationships to scale services.
• Define capability requirements and sequencing for tax-aware investing.
• Lead PI delivery with aligned technology teams and cross-functional partners.
• Establish operating models, workflows, controls, and disclosures with Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
