LPL Financial is seeking a strategic and intellectually curious Vice President, Product Strategy & Market Insights. This role will lead the development and operation of a recurring market intelligence capability that provides actionable insights on the evolving wealth management and advisor technology landscape.

The successful candidate will translate complex market developments into clear recommendations that inform product positioning, roadmap prioritization, and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, management consulting, market research, strategic insights, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability synthesizing large volumes of information into concise recommendations for business decisions.
• Experience evaluating product, platform, and technology capabilities to support strategic analysis and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate a recurring market intelligence capability providing visibility into industry direction and competitive shifts.
• Produce regular insight deliverables including competitive landscape assessments and executive market briefings.
• Partner with product experts to evaluate market developments and identify differentiation opportunities.
• Translate industry insights into actionable implications for product roadmaps and investment priorities.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of competitors and emerging market participants.
• Track advisor technology trends and evaluate opportunities and risks for LPL’s platform.
• Establish repeatable research methodologies and analytical frameworks for sustainable market insights.
• Collaborate with product, strategy, and go-to-market stakeholders to embed market intelligence into planning.
