Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 8 years of relevant experience in higher education communication or related fields.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity for the division aligned with Vanderbilt brand.
• Design concepts and materials across print and digital media to support initiatives.
• Oversee video production and photography direction as needed.
• Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing visual design team.
