The role leads execution for assigned programs, translates strategy into action, and collaborates with Development and Alumni Relations and the university to deliver high‑quality, donor‑centric experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in events, stewardship, marketing, communications, or alumni relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of donor-facing events, stewardship events, recognition programs, and internal department events.
• Manage budgets and proposals for assigned programs; recruit and train staff/volunteers and serve as on-site manager when needed.
• Coordinate site visits, vendor communications, and logistics; create run-of-show timelines for vendors, staff, and partners.
