Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Texas Superintendent Certificate (SBEC).
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid Texas administrator certification.
• Demonstrated successful experience in educational leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Texas public school administration, accountability, curriculum and instruction, school finance, personnel, and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a Board of Trustees, employees, parents, students, and community members.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical leadership, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
