Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a superintendent preferred; at least five years as a school administrator required.
• TEA certification as a superintendent.
• Strong leadership and open communication with community, faculty, staff and board.
• Ability to plan and manage financial resources.

Responsibilities

• Serve as educational leader and chief executive officer of the district.
• Develop and implement policies aligned with Board beliefs and vision.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with the seven-member Board of Trustees.
• Oversee district programs to enhance learning and school environment.
