ACCEL Schools LLC is seeking a dynamic Principal to launch and lead a newly established Cincinnati campus. You will shape academic vision, drive student growth, and ensure excellence in daily operations while fostering a rigorous and supportive learning environment.

You will oversee instructional design, teacher coaching, and data-driven decision making, while coordinating professional development, culture, and community engagement to build a high-performing school that serves diverse learners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related discipline required.
• Advanced degree in education/educational leadership strongly preferred.
• Current valid Principal license required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a full-time teaching role.
• Two or more years of experience in urban school administration/instructional leadership.
• Experience with public education accountability, compliance, and related legal requirements.
• Experience coaching teachers to improve instructional planning and practice.
• Familiarity with State Standards and Common Core Standards.
• Ability to manage confidential information and work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Lead instructional design and practice, including curriculum, coaching, and data-driven instruction.
• Develop and implement instructional programs; observe classes and support varied instructional strategies.
• Drive student achievement and school culture goals; ensure AY P targets are met.
• Coordinate teacher professional development and growth opportunities.
• Manage daily operations, budget, and campus safety; recruit and retain staff.
