ACCEL Schools in Cincinnati is seeking a dynamic Principal to launch a new campus and build a high-performing academic community from the ground up. You will set the academic vision, recruit and develop a strong leadership team, and ensure rigorous instruction and engaging programs across all grade levels.

You will lead instructional and operational excellence, foster a growth‑minded culture, partner with families, and drive data‑driven improvements to achieve goals and uphold ACCEL Schools’

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• An advanced degree in educational leadership is strongly preferred.
• Current valid Principal license is required.
• Minimum of three years’ full-time teaching experience.
• Two or more years of urban school administration/instructional leadership experience.
• Experience coaching teachers to improve planning and classroom practice.
• Knowledge of state standards and accountability requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead instructional design, curriculum and assessment to drive student learning.
• Direct instructional coaching, evaluation, and data-driven instruction.
• Ensure high achievement and positive school culture aligned to AYOP/AYP goals.
• Oversee professional development and growth of staff.
• Lead teacher evaluation and performance management.
• Coordinate summer programs, enrollment and family engagement.
• Maintain compliance with sponsor agreements and state regulations.
