Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for improving educational opportunities for all students.
• Experience raising student achievement among diverse learners, including low income and non-native English speakers.
• Knowledge of innovative school designs and instructional models, including blended/21st century approaches.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional design and practice, directing curriculum and instructional coaching.
• Develop and oversee instructional programs, assess curriculum, and conduct frequent class observations.
• Drive high levels of achievement and school culture aligned with academic goals.
• Manage operations, compliance, and budget in coordination with central teams.
