The Principal will oversee curriculum implementation, teacher development, data-driven instruction, and daily operations, ensuring alignment with AYR and state standards while fostering a positive school culture and strong home-school relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related discipline required.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a full-time teaching role (as stated).
• Current valid Principal license (as stated).

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional design and practice; direct coaching and evaluation.
• Oversee curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment to improve student learning.
