Job summary

Gobravvo in Tyler, TX seeks a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a value-based network serving Medicare populations. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, utilize on-site labs and advanced digital health tools to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.

The role emphasizes preventive medicine, ongoing patient relationships, and collaboration with scribes, medical assistants, social workers, and specialists.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required; board-certified/board-eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active, unrestricted state medical license
• Fellowship in Geriatrics preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and provide ongoing primary care
• Manage daily patient volume of 13–16 patients
• Dedicate 20 minutes for standard visits and 40 minutes for new patients or comprehensive evaluations
• Collaborate with scribes, medical assistants, and social workers
• Use value-based health models and evidence-based protocols
• Document encounters and manage care using EMR platforms (Canopy, Greenway)
• Coordinate specialist consultations via RubiconMD
• Engage with community through center-based activities
• Support transportation access and on-site labs
• Contribute to a collaborative clinic with 3–5 providers per location
