Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) in Tulsa, OK to deliver comprehensive, value-based care to Medicare populations. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, with on-site labs and access to specialists to streamline patient care.

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active, unrestricted state medical license
Fellowship training in Geriatrics preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Provide primary care services to 13-16 patients daily
Conduct visits averaging 20 minutes for established patients and 40 minutes for new/complex cases
Lead a care team of scribes, medical assistants, and social workers
Use EMR systems Canopy and Greenway for accurate documentation
Participate in a value-based healthcare model focused on quality and prevention
Engage patients in wellness and community activities
Coordinate with on-site labs and access to specialty consults
Support patient transportation as needed
