Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) in Longview, TX to deliver value-based care to Medicare populations. You will join a multidisciplinary team, use Canopy and Greenway EMR, and focus on outcomes with limited administrative burden.

The role emphasizes patient-centered visits with a scribe, MA and social worker support, on-site labs, RubiconMD consultations, and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative, community-focused clinic.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted state medical license in good standing.
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and senior Medicare patients.
• Conduct 20–40 minute patient visits with emphasis on outcomes over volume.
• Collaborate with a scribe, MA, and social worker within a multidisciplinary team.
• Utilize on-site labs and EMR systems (Canopy, Greenway).
• Engage in value-based care initiatives to improve preventive care and reduce hospital admissions.
