Located in the Bronx, Upper Manhattan, or Queens, this on-site role reports to the Network School Manager and offers a generous salary with a merit-based bonus. Start date: July 2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience serving as a Principal or senior school leader with responsibility for leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Minimum 3 years of classroom teaching experience.
• Strong data-driven approach to improving school outcomes and closing gaps.
• Deep alignment with Zeta's mission and belief in every student's potential.
• Proven track record of developing teachers and leaders and addressing underperformance.
• Ability to build both joyful and rigorous school culture.
• Clear, confident communication with humility and openness to feedback.
• Strategic judgment to navigate high-stakes challenges with urgency.
• Experience designing and executing schoolwide systems and routines.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute an ambitious school-wide vision and unite leaders, teachers, staff, students, and families around excellence.
• Build a joyful, safe, and intellectually rigorous school culture.
• Foster authentic relationships with staff, students, and families for collaboration and belonging.
• Define and uphold high standards of instructional excellence across classrooms and content areas.
• Own schoolwide outcomes with data-driven, results-oriented approaches and progress monitoring.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing school leadership team.
• Analyze academic, cultural, and behavioral data to inform strategic action plans.
• Model problem-solving, ownership, and commitment to student achievement.
• Lead the design and execution of schoolwide systems and structures for long-term success.
