Zeta is seeking a Middle School Principal to lead a bold vision for educational excellence across the Bronx, Upper Manhattan, or Queens. This fully on-site NYC role reports to the Network School Manager and offers a salary range of $125,000 – $180,000 with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years as principal or senior school leader with responsibility for leading and developing teams.
• Minimum 3 years of classroom teaching experience.
• Deep alignment with Zeta’s mission and belief in every student’s potential.
• Proven track record using data to drive school-wide outcomes, close gaps, set goals, and adjust strategies.
• Strong instructional leadership and vision across classrooms and content areas.
• Exceptional people leadership, accountability, and timely coaching.
