Job summary

Zeta seeks a Middle School Principal for our NYC network (Bronx, Upper Manhattan, or Queens). Start July 2027. Fully on-site in NYC. Salary range $125,000–$180,000; reports to Network School Manager.

Compensation includes annual discretionary bonus and a salary scale based on experience. We hire on rolling basis; relocation support to NYC is available. This role requires experience leading high-performing teams, data-driven decision making, and a passion for student outcomes in a joyful,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience serving as a Principal or senior school leader.
• Minimum of 3 years of classroom teaching experience.
• Deep alignment with Zeta’s mission and belief in every student’s potential.
• Proven track record of using data to drive school-wide outcomes.
