You will oversee the media team, shape multi-channel plans across broadcast, digital, programmatic, and paid social, and partner with agency leadership on strategic initiatives and new business pitches.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of agency media planning/leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading B2B and B2C accounts.
• Hands-on with planning DSP platforms and ad servers.
• Proficiency with media data/research tools and analytics.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve campaigns.
• Willingness to relocate to Dallas/Fort Worth or reside in the area.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow the media team with clear ownership of media mix and budgets.
