Community Library Sedona seeks an Executive Director to guide its growth and community impact. The role focuses on strategic leadership, financial sustainability, and expanding philanthropic support while strengthening partnerships across the Verde Valley.

The Director will work with the Board to advance a capital campaign, activate revitalized spaces, and uphold an inclusive, collaborative culture that values staff expertise and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS) from an ALA-accredited institution is required.
• Five or more years of senior executive leadership experience in a public library or library-support organization is required.
• Superior relationship-building and community engagement skills are required.
• Strong financial management and forecasting experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as strategic, relationship-centered leader and chief ambassador, advancing the library's vision and fundraising efforts.
• Lead philanthropic initiatives including capital campaigns and major donor cultivation, and build partnerships throughout the Verde Valley.
