Qualifications

• Complementarian theology, weekly communion, and believer's baptism expected.

Responsibilities

• Build deep, authentic relationships with staff, elders, and congregation during the transition.
• Preach and teach regularly on the main stage and other venues.
• Learn the rhythms, systems, and leadership structures of Current church.
• Engage deeply in the Katy community.
• Serve as primary vision caster and spiritual leader after transition.
• Lead, shepherd, and develop church staff in a collaborative culture.
• Work with the Elder Team in shepherding and governance.
