• Be in agreement with the doctrinal position of the church (Baptist Faith and Message 2000)
• Proven track record of effective leadership and team development

Responsibilities

• Preaching and teaching
• Shepherd congregation, staff, volunteers, leaders, and ministry teams
• Provide pastoral care to the congregation (counseling, hospital visits, and other needs)
• Work with elder body in cultivating vision for the future
• Perform other duties as needed
