Job summary

Qualifications

• Ordained and eligible to lead a church.
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading an evangelical church.
• Strong expository preaching and Christ-centered theology.
• Ability to cast vision and lead staff and ministries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the congregation from the pulpit with biblically faithful, expository sermons.
• Provide theological leadership and oversee teaching ministry.
• Articulate a clear vision for the church's future and strategic planning.
• Lead staff, volunteer ministry leaders, and oversee operations.
• Represent the church in NAB events and community outreach.
