Job summary

Sunshine Enterprise USA is conducting an executive search for the Superintendent of Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) in Florida. This is a senior leadership role requiring a track record of strategic direction, improving student outcomes, and engaging diverse communities.

The successful candidate will lead district-wide educational strategy, manage operations and budgets, and collaborate with principals, administrators, and the School Board to advance district priorities and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Public Administration, or related field.
• Significant senior-level leadership in K-12 education.
• Proven experience managing large school systems.
• Strong understanding of curriculum, instruction, and student achievement.
• Experience with strategic planning and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and community engagement skills.
• Ability to work with diverse student, employee, and community populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the school district.
• Develop district-wide educational and operational strategies.
