Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or MBA required.
• 5–10 years of CEO-level hospital leadership experience, preferably in a Critical Access setting.
• Proven track record in quality outcomes, physician relations, finance, planning and marketing.
• Strong focus on daily operational excellence in competitive markets.
• High integrity and excellent interpersonal skills.
