Competenze
- Master's degree required in hospital administration, business, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years' CEO-level experience in a similar-sized hospital; alternative: 3–5 years as COO in a larger hospital.

- Coordinate activities of senior executives to develop short and long-range objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Review and approve financial reports, budgets, and major expenditures.
