Qualifications

• 5+ years of service or supervisory experience in a high-caliber restaurant.
• Proven leadership presence with ability to motivate large teams.
• Strong business acumen with budgets, labor controls, and P&L.
• Hands-on, detail-focused leader with a hospitality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience with a visible, on-floor presence during service.
• Develop and mentor the management team across operations, guest relations, and facilities.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting to maintain standards.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations on financial planning, vendor relations, and brand initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of service, safety, and cleanliness across all spaces.
